Refund policy

At HEYYHUNEY, we want you to love every item you purchase! If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please respond directly to the invoice that was sent to you at the time of purchase. 

Return Request must be made within 7-12 days after your package has been delivered.

All approved returns will be issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds back to the original form of payment. 

To qualify for store credit:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  
• No signs of wear , damage, stains, or odors

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is approved and received, store credit will be issued and can be used toward any future purchase.
